Do I need my own email platform?
We set up sending on your own domain, so emails come from you.
Does anything go out without my OK?
No. You approve every email, then you send it. Nothing goes out without you.
How many emails do I get?
Essentials includes 4 emails/mo (1/wk). Growth includes 8 emails/mo (2/wk). Partner includes 8 emails/mo + 4 Reels/mo (coming soon). Want more? Add an extra email per week for $500/mo.
What's the difference between plans?
Essentials covers email. Growth adds strategy, segments, and texting (coming soon): 2 text blasts/month, up to 500 recipients each. Partner adds texting (coming soon): 4 text blasts/month, up to 750 recipients each, plus social Reels (coming soon) and email series you approve before they're switched on.
When is texting available?
It's coming soon and has not launched. Once texting launches, Growth includes 2 text blasts/month, up to 500 recipients each, and Partner includes 4 text blasts/month, up to 750 recipients each. Larger lists pay $0.04 per extra text. Your first texts go out about 2-3 weeks after signup while carriers approve your number. Texting requires a one-time $549 setup when it launches; carrier fees billed at cost. Picture messages are $0.10 each.
Is there a contract?
It's month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Who owns the content and my list?
You do. Always.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, a few photos, and your current offers. We handle the rest.
