Who we are
This notice describes how DadOps Studio LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, handles personal information. The studio is in Olathe, Kansas.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email, business name, website (if you share one), list size, what you sell, and which plan you were looking at. We use your IP address briefly to prevent abuse by rate-limiting the form. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check. That check sends a token and your IP address to Cloudflare. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use that information to reply about your waitlist request. The site is hosted on Vercel. Nitrosend sends the confirmation email and stores confirmed waitlist contacts and, for clients, their lists to send their campaigns.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. Your customer list stays yours.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist requests until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to respond to you.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to texts, we collect your mobile number, the date, time and method of your consent, and your message history (including opt-outs) so we can deliver the program and prove consent. We use your number only to send the messages you agreed to and to handle your replies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services (such as our SMS platform) that deliver our messages.
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. We keep consent and opt-out records as long as the law requires to honor your choice.
