Who we are
These terms are between you and DadOps Studio LLC, a Kansas limited liability company. The studio is in Olathe, Kansas.
The service
DadOps Studio provides Content Factory, done-for-you email marketing for small businesses. We plan, write, and design on-brand emails; you approve each one and send it.
Fees
Plan prices are listed on the pricing page in USD. Want more? Add an extra email per week for $500/mo. Once texting launches, Growth includes 2 text blasts/month, up to 500 recipients each, and Partner includes 4 text blasts/month, up to 750 recipients each. Larger lists pay $0.04 per extra text. Texting requires a one-time $549 setup when it launches; carrier fees billed at cost. Picture messages are $0.10 each. Unused text blasts do not roll over. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Your content and your list
You own the content created for you and you own your list. Always.
Acceptable use
You will not ask us to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. You confirm you have the right to email the people on your list.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
